Training and Qualifications

I am an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist with over ten years’ clinical experience across community, NHS, charity, and private practice settings.

I hold:

  • Master of Arts in Transpersonal Counselling & Psychotherapy (University of Northampton)

  • Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy (CCPE)

  • Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy (NAOS Institute)

  • Certificate in Essential Dreamwork (Dream Research Institute)

My clinical training integrates systemic, relational, humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential approaches, alongside creative and experiential methods.

I am currently undertaking training in Supervision from a Spiritual Perspective at the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).

Clinical
Experience

I have maintained a full private practice for over six years, working with individuals and couples on a weekly basis.

In addition to private practice, my experience includes:

  • Providing group supervision for FreshStart

  • Co-facilitating a community-based art project exploring grief and loss

  • Facilitating peer support groups for Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide

  • Bereavement counsellor at City and East London Bereavement Service

  • Counsellor for NHS referrals at Waterloo Community Counselling

  • Psychiatric placement at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust

  • Mentoring young people in prison

I have worked with individuals and couples navigating trauma, complex loss, migration and cultural belonging, gender identity and sexuality, relationship breakdown, and times of significant change.

I work in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

My work is supported and regulated through membership of the following professional bodies:

  • Accredited Member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

  • Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

  • Full member of The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN)

I practise in accordance with the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

I attend regular clinical supervision in accordance with professional requirements and hold current professional indemnity insurance.

My practice operates under the laws of England and Wales.
